A M é da opinião que o conceito de dieta é ter uma alimentação equilibrada ao longo do ano inteiro. É claro que existe sempre aquela vontade extra de comer um doce aqui e ali, mas isso não faz mal, desde que não seja em exageros! Os exageros são a desgraça para qualquer tipo de alimentação. 

O Exercício também é um componente forte para o nosso organismo se sentir revitalizada, embora a M esteja muito em falta e não tenha praticado desporto ultimamente ela sabe a importância que o desporto pode ter no nosso dia-a-dia!

No sentido de enriquecer a sua alimentação a M tem estado a tomar bagas de Goji, que são super antioxidantes para o nosso organismo, e sementes de Linhaça fortemente rica em fibra, ómegas, vitaminas minerais e proteínas! Uma maneira fácil e barata de complementar a nossa alimentação! Até agora ela está satisfeita.

M is of the opinion that the concept of diet is a balanced diet during the year. Of course there is always that urge to eat a sweet extra here and there, but it does not matter, since it is not exaggerated! The exaggerations are a disgrace to any kind of eating.

n order to enrich their diet M have been taking Goji berries, which are super antioxidants to her body, and taking Flax seed strong in fiber, omegas, vitamins, minerals and proteins! An easy and inexpensive way to supplement our diets! So far she is satisfied.
